Drop Off
Please drop your child to the designated drop off area at the side of the theatre (there will be signage and volunteers there) one hour before prior to show time. Please send a snack, water and books/quit activities. We can not be responsible for valuables lost, so please keep those items at home.
Volunteers Needed
We are looking for at least 10 volunteers per show. Please come into the office to find out what jobs are available, and to sign up for a show/two shows. The more experience we have behind the scenes, the better! Looking for one talented volunteer coordinator to pull all three shows together (this person would manage the Stage Crew and volunteers – experienced people needed for this job.)
Spring Raffle Tickets
Your child will receive one book of raffle tickets to sell. The draw will take place at the last performance. If you are not at the last show, you will be phoned if you win.
Concession and Information Tables
You can buy your pictures for Photo Day and order your DVD at the show before and during intermission. You can also buy flowers for your star and a light refreshments.

Hair and Make-Up
All students (except boys and girls with short hair) are required to wear their hair in a tidy, slicked low bun with a left side part (the part should be made in the middle of the left eye).
Make-up should be a smoky eye with red lips, blush and heavy mascara with eyeliner or false eyelashes and eyeliner. Volunteers will assist with touch ups – please send your child with heir own make-up.
Costumes
All recreational and ballet students have costumes provided. They be required to bring tights, ballet shoes, and other related items. Please check with the studio if you are unsure.
