YEAR END PRODUCTION
Your child will dance in at least one show. Please make sure you are aware what show(s) your child is in. There are three slightly different shows this year.

MANDITORY
SHOW RUN THROUGH
AT THE STUDIO
There will be no regular classes on this day.

DRESS REHEARSAL
There will be no dress rehearsal at the theatre this year. We will be having a run through at the studio, as well as a quick run through for the younger dancers the day of the show.

RAFFLE TICKETS
Your child will receive one book of raffle tickets to sell. The draw will take place at the last performance. If you are not at the last show, you will be phoned if you win.

DVD
We will be offering DVD's of the year end show again this year. Please fill out a form and drop it off at the office.

FLOWER SALE
There will be flowers for sale at the show for your little star.

DROP OFF/PICK UP
When you drop off your child1 hour before the show, please use the side doors of the theatre. You will not be allowed to come back stage with your child, unless you are volunteering. When you pick up your child, please pick them up at the same place you drop them off. They will be signed in and out, and well supervised at all times.
Please make sure that the kids have water, and snack. Also, for the younger dancers we will have a TV, as well as books to read. Please do not send them with pens, or felts.
After the show, you will pick up your child backstage. If your child is in more than one show, you may pick them up after they have finished dancing, and only stay for the finale on the Saturday 7:00 PM show.

VOLUNTEERS
We are looking for volunteers to help out with each show. If you can help out at all, please sign up in the hallway. If you are volunteering for the show, please arrive 1 hour before the show begins. You will receive a phone call so you know what you will be doing during the show.
We will need at least 15 volunteers for each show.

HAIR AND MAKEUP
Please have hair in two French braids and red lipstick for the show. Elastics at the ends of the braids must be clear. No coloured hair ties, or bobby pins. Please make sure that the braids are "fresh", and looking tidy with no layaways, or pieces hanging out.
Shoes
Jazz/Street Jazz: Black Jazz Shoes
Ballet/Creative Dance: Pink Ballet Slippers
Hip Hop: Black Runners, or Hip Hop Runners
Musical Theatre: Black Jazz Shoes
Tights
If your child requires tights for the show, they must be Classic Ballet Pink tights from Dance Craft, or Limbers – unless your instructor specified something else. They must be full tight with feet. It is very important that everyone looks the same. Please make sure that your child does not have any tattoos, or writing of any kind on their arms, feet, legs, etc.
